Reviews - MCC - Minneapolis Contractors Choice 

First of all, we want to thank you for taking the time to see what we offer. we know you have many choices when choosing the company you want to work with for your next renovation project. I do not take you for granted. I have been in the construction and real estate industry since I was 19 years old. It started with me building, renovating and furnishing family properties and then as people started offering me to our  homes, my passion turned into a business.  For the past 32 years I have been in one way or another renovating residential homes and commercial properties. 

Considering that it is not easy to choose the company you want to work with, we want to provide you with the information you need for you to make an educated choice. You can find our reviews on Google or The Better Business Bureau. We have been members of The BBB since 2019 with a grade A+.  In seven years in business we only have 4 bad reviews. And I can guarantee you that from 4 bad reviews in 7 years, only one review was well deserve it! 

We have been blessed with the most amazing clients. People that value not only the quality of our products, but the service we provide and the love we put into what we do. All the years we have been in business have given us the experience to know what works and what doesn't work.  We are not going to tell you we have not made mistakes, because it will be a lie. However, we have always correct all mistakes and work with the best interest of our clients in mind. Some of the best reviews we have received come from home owners that experience issues with the installation, but we solved the problems on timely manner and we made sure our clients were happy with the final product. In all this years of business we have only receive 4 bad reviews. The first bad review was from a client that was struggling financially and we try to help as much as we could, but the client complained that we did not do plumbing and electric when we never sold the service nor was part of the agreement. 

The second bad review on Google review from Cynthia Borgen as her public google  profile shows, was a customer that won a free tile installation and tried to get the tile free, which we were going to do, but when we discovered that she was supposed to pay for the tile, customer was very upset, did all she could to have us cover the cost of materials. Four months after the tile installation was completed, the customer requested we give her $900 or she will put a bad review. At that time we had already payed the installer and we could not aloud a customer to sell their reviews to us.  We earn our good reviews. We do not buy them!

The final review and the most upsetting of all of them and we will let you judge why, by posting pictures of the before and after kitchen and letting you be the judge in response to Mr. Moe B review. (as his public google profile shows.)

Mr. Moe Bar shows pictures taken when installation was taking place as, if it was a final product.  5 Months after we finished installation and waited for Mr. Moe to solve some personal issues he stated prevented him from paying us. The day we called Mr. Moe demanding final payment, Mr. Moe decided to go to google and post a negative review with pictures that were not the final product and he damaged our reputation in order to justify to do not pay for product and services we gave him..
